  1. Control unit for automatic gearbox (in the plenum chamber, on the right next to the engine control unit)

  4. Climatronic control unit (behind Climatronic operating and display unit)
  5. Navigation system control unit (in dash panel middle part)
  6. Rain sensor (in interior mirror)
  7. Sliding sunroof adjustment control unit (behind the front interior light)

  9. Operating electronics controlunit, telephone (interfacebox) (below the centre console -near handbrake lever)
  10. Fuse holder (attached to the side of the horizontal pipe)

High Fuse Box

The fuse box in the engine compartment exists in two different versions. You can determine which version your vehicle is fitted with after removing the fuse cover at the location of the fuses.

On some vehicles, the battery cover must be removed before removing the fuse cover link.
Opening the cover

  • Press together the interlocks of the fuse cover simultaneously in direction of arrow (A) and fold down the cover in direction of arrow (B).
